Corn Germ is the lipid-rich embryo separated from the kernel during the early stages of wet-milling. After the germ is washed, dewatered, and dried, it retains the vast majority of the kernel's oil and tocopherol content.
Our germ is the preferred feedstock for corn-oil pressing and extraction plants across Asia. The consistently high oil yield, low free-fatty-acid value, and clean flavour profile translate directly into higher refining yields for our customers.
Co-product streams include germ meal (post-extraction) — a valuable mid-protein animal feed ingredient.
