About Edible Corn Starch

Our Edible Corn Starch is produced by a fully enclosed wet-milling process from non-GMO yellow dent corn grown in the fertile plains of Shandong Province. Each kernel passes through steeping, germ separation, fine grinding, fiber washing, and centrifugation — yielding a pure, bright-white native starch with consistent granule morphology.

The finished powder is dried in multi-stage flash dryers, sifted through 100-mesh screens, and packed immediately in food-contact-rated bags. Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis covering the full specification panel, including microbiological release data.

Used as a thickener, binder, dusting agent, and texture modifier across the global food industry, this is the workhorse product we've supplied since our founding in 1998.
