Mid-protein ruminant feed ingredient — an economic, energy-dense staple of modern dairy and beef rations.
Product Overview
Corn Gluten Feed (CGF) is the fibre-and-bran fraction remaining after the starch, germ, and gluten have been separated from the kernel. Our CGF is blended with corn steep liquor to increase protein content, then dried and pelletised for easy handling.
Ruminant nutritionists favour CGF for its balanced energy-and-protein profile, palatability, and buffering effect on rumen pH. It is a cornerstone ingredient in North American, European, and Chinese dairy rations.
Available in meal (≥18% CP) and pelletised (21% CP with steep liquor) forms.
Key Features
Excellent TDN and degradable protein profile for ruminants.
High bypass fibre moderates pH drop in high-concentrate diets.
Natural attractants from corn steep liquor increase dry-matter intake.
Attractive price-per-protein unit vs. soybean meal or DDGS.
Meal for TMR blending; pellets for beef feedlot finishing rations.
FOB Qingdao; handysize and panamax vessels regularly loaded.
