High-purity crystalline dextrose — a fast-absorbing carbohydrate for food, sports, and pharmaceutical use.
Product Overview
Edible Glucose (dextrose monohydrate) is a pure crystalline D-glucose sugar obtained by full enzymatic conversion and crystallisation of corn starch hydrolysate. Its pharmaceutical-grade purity makes it the reference carbohydrate across many industries.
The product crystallises as fine, free-flowing white monohydrate crystals that dissolve almost instantly in water. It's an essential ingredient in IV-drip manufacture, sports nutrition, fermentation media, and premium confectionery.
We offer both food-grade (GB 1987) and pharmaceutical-grade (USP / EP / CP) specifications on request.
Key Features
≥ 99.5% dextrose — no co-crystallised oligosaccharides.
Uniform particle distribution for clean handling and blending.
Complete solubility in under 60 seconds at room temperature.
Meets USP/EP monographs for parenteral use.
Ideal carbon source for pharma, amino-acid, and organic-acid fermentations.
Pure D-glucose sweetness profile, 70% of sucrose reference.
